Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and resolve connectivity issues efficiently.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of workstations and mobile devices.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement security protocols and upgrades.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, or macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to attend the walk-in interview.
