Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties including sorting, packing, and labeling products.
- Operate basic material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments using manual or powered equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
