Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients entering the store, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appearance of the store, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policy while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines to ensure a secure shopping environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
