Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; report discrepancies to supervisor
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality control procedures
- Support facility maintenance tasks as needed (cleaning, equipment checks)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting
