Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials efficiently and safely.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using our inventory management system.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in various temperatures.
