Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with precision
- Pick and pack orders for same-day shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) after training
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organize storage areas
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to North Fort Worth facility
- Flexibility to work early morning or evening shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management
