Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to ensure our warehouse operates at peak efficiency. You will play a crucial role in getting products from our shelves to our customers' doorsteps safely and on time.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory shipments with high accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping according to strict quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in regular inventory audits.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
