Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of all merchandise.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory with high accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently.
- Reporting: Assist in inventory counts and report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills, ability to read and understand safety labels, and attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
