Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials and machinery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanners.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Reliable transportation and availability for shift work.
