Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient for daily operations.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and reliable transportation.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
