Responsibilities
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping of orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we train motivated individuals.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
- Valid forklift certification (if required by state regulations) is an asset.
