Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Manage inventory levels using our state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure accurate packaging and quality control standards are met for all outbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize workflow and resolve logistics challenges.
- Perform daily cycle counts and stockroom organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
