Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and report discrepancies.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
