Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and maintain proper certifications.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and efficiency goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations.
- Valid driver’s license (Class C) is preferred but not required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
