Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and ensure accuracy of orders.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
