Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers efficiently, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits with high accuracy.
- Package and label products for shipment, ensuring all orders are error-free.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding workflow issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license (not required for warehouse duties but helpful).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
