Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and excellent time management.
