Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise within the warehouse and to/from the loading dock.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
