Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and identify any potential damages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality assurance goals.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
