What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are processed, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unpack incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition.
- Prepare packages for shipment by labeling, sorting, and applying proper postage.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and scanning.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
