Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize merchandise efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure accuracy of inventory.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations, verifying orders against packing lists.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
