Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF guns) to update inventory systems in real-time.
- Assist in the organization of shipping and receiving docks to minimize bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide paid training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is highly desirable.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
