Responsibilities
- Efficiently process inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and stock checks.
- Assemble, pack, and label products securely for transport.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning, counting, and inventory management.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Atlanta facility.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
