Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments from delivery trucks and cargo vans.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damages and accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipping using proper safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize inventory and maintain a tidy, safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Assist in the physical moving of stock and materials within the warehouse.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
