Responsibilities
- Operate industrial material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage products for distribution with high accuracy and speed.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse records.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations (OSHA).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Package and label shipments according to company standards.
- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming deliveries.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (US Citizen or Green Card holder).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami or Ohio facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
