Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack products accurately onto pallets or shelves using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels meet demand.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexible schedule with availability for night shifts and weekends.
- Background: Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for walk-in candidates.
- Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
