Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package customer orders with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain organized inventory using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipment goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist with receiving and stocking of new inventory
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy (email, data entry)
- Reliable transportation to East Nashville location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
