Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with speed and accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for daily shipments
- Maintain organized inventory records using WMS systems
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Proficient with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Washington state ID and clean driving record
