Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and store inventory in our state-of-the-art facility
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following strict safety protocols
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to ensure optimal efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support shipping/receiving processes
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
