Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect products for damages and ensure accurate inventory counts using scanning equipment.
- Package and label shipments according to company standards and shipping regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform basic data entry and paperwork as required for shipping and receiving logs.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Raleigh facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime if needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
