Responsibilities
- Receiving and Processing: Accurately receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments and inventory.
- Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by selecting products and securely packaging them for shipment.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus, but not required for immediate consideration.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and attention to detail are highly valued.
