Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts and maintain inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software (SAP, WMS) is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the facility.
