Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise and materials accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for inventory and weighing purposes.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move throughout the warehouse.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
