Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure timely distribution.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock counts and organize warehouse aisles to optimize workflow.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; candidates with equivalent experience are encouraged to apply.
