Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular stock counts to ensure data integrity.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or RF devices.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate warehouse aisles.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus.
