Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, in strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Perform routine quality checks on products before they are shipped to customers.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
