Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, inspecting, and stocking inventory to maintain accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery as trained.
- Quality Control: Perform daily quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if needed.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Background: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
