Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory in designated storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of customer orders.
- Follow all company safety protocols and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license (optional, but preferred for some roles).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
