Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise to and from storage areas efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) with proper training provided.
- Verify incoming inventory against packing lists and ensure accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist in the packing, labeling, and staging of customer orders for shipment.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the Shift Supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Basic reading and writing skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to the facility.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
