Your Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of inventory and providing exceptional support to our logistics team.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (training provided) and pallet jacks.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to minimize errors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Raleigh facility.
