Your Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
Responsibilities
- Receiving & Staging: Inspect incoming shipments and move stock to designated storage areas.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select items from shelves and pack them for shipment using proper materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy loads.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards before leaving the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Driving: Valid driver's license (Class C) is preferred.
