Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing inventory for accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
