Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock in and out of the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are organized and accessible.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on material handling equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to get to work daily.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling products and documentation.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; no experience necessary for general labor roles.
