Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing products for accuracy and quality
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all OSHA protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations
- Assist in cross-training for other warehouse functions as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
