Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and according to protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills and proficiency with handheld scanners or computers.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if required.
- Background: Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
