Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and inventory management software.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed at all times.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Inspect equipment for damage and report maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
