Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain remains seamless. You will be responsible for the efficient handling of goods, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to a high-performance team culture.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Package and label items for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track incoming and outgoing goods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso facility.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
