Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship customer orders
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and documentation
- Inspect products for quality control before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist in unloading and organizing incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
