Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to all OSHA safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline fulfillment processes and meet daily production goals.
- Package items securely for shipment and prepare documentation for outgoing freight.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
