Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and managing stock levels.
- Package and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to comply with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in the receiving of new shipments and the preparation of returns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Must possess a valid forklift certification or be willing to obtain one.
